This course will provide you with the aeronautical knowledge required of a safe, competent instrument (airplane) pilot. During the course you will study physiology as it applies to flight by reference to the instruments, flight and navigation instruments, the use of departure, en route, arrival and approach charts and procedures, air traffic control procedures, and meteorology, flight planning, and decision making as they apply to the instrument rated pilot. When you complete this course you will be prepared to pass the FAA Instrument (Airplane) Airman Knowledge Test.
